A buyer must be a legally qualified Canadian lawyer in order to be legally eligible to purchase a practice. You must be a member of the the Law Society of the Province of sale or eligible for membership in said Law Society prior to purchase.
If you are unable to provide proof of your Law Society membership you will not be provided any information on any practice listed below.

Practice mix is about 50% RE, Wills/Estates and Corporate/Commercial; the remainder is Family Law/litigation and Commercial litigation. Billings are in the high six figures and the practice is exceptionally profitable. The practice boasts fantastic staff, and the premises have space for an additional lawyer.
The seller is willing to contemplate the sale of the building. Please note that Ms. Geiger does not handle real estate sales and the seller will have a licensed realtor for any such transaction.

This practice would suit lawyer(s) with approximately 5 years of experience an upwards although the sellers are prepared to consider mentoring a more junior lawyer(s).
