75% Wills, Estates and Elder Law including: Will & Powers of Attorney preparation and Estate Planning.  There is a significant Wills Bank of well over 1,000 active Will files with associated growth in Estate Administration files.

25% Estates Administration and Executor work.  There is a small amount of Real Estate (Estate sales only) although this could be a growth area if the buyer wishes to expand. 

Repeat clientele, word of mouth and referrals accompany targeted social media ads. 

Buyer should have at least 5 years experience in Wills/Estates.  The seller will provide a transition period to accomodate the needs of the buyer.
